On Saturday night we saw Annie Jr at the Patton Middle School auditorium. Wow!! Fantastic performance all around — great performances by the leads and the rest of the cast. The set, the props, the costumes, the lighting, the opening credits … it all worked and really brought me back into the 1930s.
I was amazed at the high quality of the performance – very impressive for a middle school! The dedication of the kids, Ms. Stump, and the parents really was apparent. The long hours of practice paid off. Kudos to the cast, crew, and all of those who volunteered and put a ton of energy into the show.
If you haven’t seen the show, there is another performance on Sunday afternoon at 2pm. There are still seats available (as of Saturday night) at ShowTix4U.com …. search for “Patton”.
There are also photos of the cast and crew, taken UCF parent Bill Tsai, available here.
